Equipment is the main tool for enterprise operation and equipment managementis an important part of enterprise management. Good equipment management is theguarantee of the enterprise normal production, which has great significance onimproving enterprise economic efficiency. Now in the enterprise, equipmentmanagement is mainly still in the stage of account management, which is mostlypresented as text, drawings in front of users. It lacks geographical and spatialexpression, resulting in the separation between equipment and its attribution, whichcause a lot of inconvenience to managers.Equipment training is the premise of equipment used correctly and operatednormally. The development of enterprise needs good training, which can ensureenterprise safety production. The traditional master brings apprentice mode waste alot of manpower, material and financial resources, which cannot meet the requirementof the current enterprise efficiency and comprehensive development.Virtual reality technology is an emerging comprehensive technology in recentyears, with its strong realistic reproduction ability and good interactivity. It canprovide a true, interactive virtual world for users, which is widely used in thearchitectural design, industrial simulation, city planning, military education and otherfields, and achieves a series of research achievements. The traditional equipmentmanagement and training cannot satisfy the current development requirements ofhigh-tech, high-efficiency, high standards. Therefore, building a new type ofmanagement and training mode is imminent.The online3D chemical equipment training and management system, utilizingcomputer network technology, computer application technology and virtual reality technology development, is a new management and training mode. It can realizechemical equipment three-dimensional visualization, online management and training,which opens up a new direction with application innovation.The system can support CNG stations, gas stations, oil depots three dimensionalscenes online browsing. With the cooperation of mouse and keyboard, users can selectfirst-person or third-person way to roam the scene, including zoom, rotation andtranslation. For chemical equipment in the three-dimensional scene, we can queryequipment attribute information through mouse, achieving equipment and attributeinformation unified online management.The system supports the type of video and virtual reality courseware onlinelearning and training. For the type of video courseware which has added to the system,we can control video play and stop, and courseware which has already configuredexamination can conduct examination assessment. For the type of virtual realitycourseware which has been attached to system, the system can integrate operationsand functions into operator interface by loading virtual reality courseware throughexternal link. All operations and examination training are achieved by the externalvirtual reality courseware.The system uses3Dmax build3D scene, selects Unity3D as developmentsoftware to realize interactive browse control in3D scene, using ActiveX technologyrealize3D online visual rendering. The system design uses the three layers of B/Sarchitecture, to achieve the separation of data layer, business logic layer andpresentation layer, which is convenient for system maintenance and expansion. Basedon PHP, selecting MySQL as the background database and using Apache as the Webserver to realize network structures, the system provides a new online,three-dimensional, interactive way for chemical equipment training and management.
