| With the current economic development, there are more and more demands for land resource utilization, therefore the work of the staff in Land Resources Bureau staff is increasingly onerous. With the addition of the diversity of the current storage mode, the staff needs to view many pictures and multimedia information submitted. Due to the cumbersome process of the traditional way of window hand-fill reclamation program, it’s hard to manage and there is a large deviation of image information and the actual land information in the audit process, the hand-fill way has been unable to meet the current requirements of Rizhao Land Resources Bureau. While at the same time, with the rapid development of Internet technology which having brought great convenience to people’s life and work, therefore, it is necessary to develop a land reclamation program demonstration system based on Web technology to solve the problem currently shown in the traditional land reclamation program demonstration for Rizhao Land Resources Bureau.The system uses the most popular and most widely used J2EE dynamic web technology. The MVC development model allows lowing dependencies between the various modules and can be greatly pluggable. Secondly, the use of the most stable Oracle database with best performance gains the best system performance. In addition, the use of jquery and Ajax for asynchronous processing improves the interactive performance of the system. As for the requirements analysis and the system design, using UML use case for analysis of the system functional requirements and description of the function cases; designing functional structure according to the system functional requirements, and using structure class diagrams and dynamic timing diagrams of UML static model for detailed design of the system functions; using ER diagram to describe the system data model and introduce part of the database table structure design of the system; finally, the paper shows part of achieve functionality and implementation code of the system, and describes the system test process. The system has three functions, reclamation program management, consultation and demonstration meeting management, and reclamation program reporting management. Consultation and demonstration meeting management is mainly responsible for administrators’businesses, like the opening of the consultation and demonstration meeting, expert opinion filling, project plan audit, expert opinions summarizing, etc.; reclamation program reporting is in charge of reporting unit filling land information, including basic information of land, ownership information of land, attachment information of land, location information of land, the status of land utilization information, destruction information of land and land reclamation information, etc.. Reclamation program management mainly involve operations of filling and reporting reclamation program, checking the progress of the approval, modifying reclamation program, and deleting reclamation program, etc.. Finally, completing the design and implementation of the system management.Making comprehensive testing of the system after completing the system development, including functional testing, reliability testing, security testing, etc. With repeated modifications and communicating and discussing with the involved reporting unit, administrators and experts, the development process of the whole land reclamation program demonstration management system is finally finished, and the system gets running in Rizhao Land Resources Bureau. Because this system simplifies operation process and saves management time, pictures and other multimedia can be used. Therefore, the system improves the work efficiency of the staff, fundamentally solve the bottleneck problem currently experienced by Rizhao Land Resources Bureau, and leads the land reclamation program demonstration management work of Rizhao Land Resources Bureau to a new level. |
