Detection reagent as an important means of food and drug safety testing, its quantitative processing accuracy and production efficiency is an important factor related to people’s life quality. After the analysis of the existing quantitative control method, realized that the majority is applied in granular material or powder material with good viscous, but it is still far less than the needs of enterprise and the detection unit for the quantitative filling of non-adhesive powder reagent.Therefore, it is of much importance to develop new theories and methods and a new type of automatic control system to complete rapid and accurate automatic quantification of non-adhesive powder reagents so as to improve the efficiency and accuracy of production.The study has the very vital significance because it not only enriches and perfects the domestic automatic quantitative control technology, but improve the efficiency of the enterprise reagent production and economic benefit.Towards the defects of the existing automatic quantitative technology, research and development on automatic quantification system for non-adhesive powder reagent was carried out, which included:Introduce the overall structure and working principle of the reagent packaging machine,and analyze the characteristics of the screw and build mathematical model to calculate the filling volume.Design a control system based on PLC as the core, which adopts stepper control design and connects with the touch screen technology and pneumatic control technology to realize the requirements of precise automation production on the hardware implementation.Design a kind of PLC control program based on GX-Developer and human-computer interaction interface based on EasyBuilder8000, which can realize the requirements of accurate and quantitative reagent control and management and monitoring.(4) Test five non-viscous reagent with the quantitative control system. Mainly introduced the testing result and analysis using the C18powder, which were used to compare with the ideal results and analysis to improve the efficiency and accuracy.The main contributions fo the study include: (1) Completed the automatic quantitative filling control system for non-viscous reagent.(2) Adopted stepping control and combined with the mechanical design to realize the accuracy of quantitative filling for non-viscous powder reagent.(3) Test results show that the quantitative control system is highly accurate, steadily controlled and meeting the requirements of enterprise for the types of reagent production.
