Development Of The Control System Of The Pyrolusite Powder Mixing

The thesis describes how to realize the automatic control of the pyrolusite powder mixing equipment and introduces the system which is applied to make the control and operation of the equipment automatically. The control system consists of upper and lower computer, the lower computer is the Siemens S7-200 PLC whose functions are immediate industrial control and data acquisition; the upper computer is the industrial computer that takes on the monitoring and management functions and part of control functions such as showing the looks of the system, soft manipulating, automatic start and stop of the production process, setting parameters, show and statistics of data. We use a set of self-defined protocol (free-port model) for the communication between the upper and lower computer. Communication can be realized with the serial-port of the industrial computer and the Siemens S7-200 PLC. The development and use of the control system will promote the automation of the production of the pyrolusite powder and improve the product quality and the production efficiency.
