Subjective And Objective Integration Research On Journal Grade Evaluation

Journal evaluation plays an important role in Bibliometric study.By quantitativelyanalyzing the law of development and growth trend of academic journals,it reveals thenumber of subjects in the distribution of literature in journals, provides an importantreference for optimizing the use of academic journals,improves the intrinsic quality ofacademic journals, help readers to select journals efficiently and to obtain the authority ofknowledge in their field quickly,and promotes the healthy development of academicjournals.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the previous evaluationmethods, and adopts the method combined with subjective information and objectiveinformation, it avoids the defect of objective evaluation method which ignores the expertopinions and the defect of subjective evaluation method which lacks of accuracy andreliability. In the evaluation method, this paper adopts the form of fuzzy set which allowsexpert to give the evaluation values of fuzzy.By using MATLAB and SPSS, this paper accurately analysis the trends and thecorrelations coefficient among the various indicators, and selects five indicators as the partof objective evaluation.The subjective and objective information integration level evaluation methodproposed in this paper includes the following steps:Step1.According to different objective evaluation values, they need to be normalizedinto dimensionless form,this paper uses the entropy method to determine the weight ofeach objective index.Then the objective property values are converted into the form of astandardized set of fuzzy set. It gets the objective comprehensive evaluation of the value inaccordance with the right of objective attribute.Step2.Transform subjective evaluation value in language form into the form of acollection of fuzzy sets of benchmarking,and then form the subjective evaluation values byweighting. Step3.Build the optimize model to calculate the weight of subjective and objectiveinformation to meet the need that maximize the value for all journals,thus integrates thesubjective and objective information.Step4.According to the integration results of subjective and objective information,Obtain the comprehensive evaluation of each journal in single-point value form, and thensorting and grading.Finally,this paper selects20journals data to analysis and to evaluate by using theVisual Studio platform production system interface, completes the journal subjective andobjective methods to achieve information integration system work.
