Research On Dynamic Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Of PIS Capability Of Information Service Industry

The development of network and the change of information environment made thepersonalized information service a feature of the information age, especially in the internetenvironment PIS has become the direction for information service industry. The development ofPIS changed previous service, and enabled a new way of what service you need, and I canprovide such services to satisfy personalized demands, cultivate and discover users’ personality.PIS is the power to promote information service industry. The capability of PIS is a key toconstitute a competitive advantage and realize the value of information services. To evaluate thecapacity of PIS will contribute to the development of information service industry.Based on the overseas PIS research harvests and practical development, this paper took thePIS capability’s evaluation as a main content.It was divided into five chapters to explore thetheory of PIS, the evaluation model of PIS capability, and take an example to evaluate the PIScapability via dynamic fuzzy comprehensive method. The first chapter introduces the researchbackground, theoretical and practical significance of the studies and researches, and proposed aresearch direction domestically and abroad on the basis of research on the status quo. The secondchapter introduces the relative theories of personalized information, personalized informationservices, personalized information services, as well as basic features such as personalizedinformation service capabilities are described after the author read a lot of literature on eachaspect. Chapter III is on the basis of the second chapter, analyzes the factors that influencedpersonalized information services and built a personalized information service model. Due to thearbitrary of subjective weighting is relatively large, and objective weighting ignores the ratio asto affect the consistency of the contradictory nature of the size of the weights, so I consolidatedobjective and subjective characteristics, and presented a comprehensive experts weightingempowerment method, which overcomes the disadvantages of single subjective or objectiveempowerment brought. Finally, a personalized information service capability evaluation systemis established, and the weights of the indicators were analyzed. On the basis of Chapter III,chapter IV used dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for Rizhao City libraries,hospitals, e-commerce and other service industries empirical researches, and evaluation resultsare analyzed. The fifth chapter is the summary and outlook of the paper.The main contribution of this paper is that the personalized information service capabilitieswere defined and factors which affect PIS ability perceived from the personalized informationservice system and customer analysis. Based on the theory, we built a personalized informationservices evaluation index system for information services industry. Experts subjective weights, objective weights were determined by experts clustering and information entropy, at last wecombined expert subjective with objective weight to determine the weight of each index weights.We built a good use of personalized information service capacity evaluation index system andquestionnaire, by the use of dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for evaluating thelibrary, e-commerce, hospitals and three service industries, the evaluation results are analyzedand discussed. It provides a reference for further researches on personalization of informationservices capabilities.
