To date, along with the rapid development of global economy and city construction, there is a large scale increase of urban population, and the share of public transportation also sees an upward trend, which gives massive pressure to public transportation corporations. The traditional way of bus scheduling existence detain a guest, the former press catch, run a large interval, vehicle use and other serious impact on low service quality and effectiveness of passenger transport, and this bottleneck have been unable to meet the travel needs of urban residents, which restricts the overall economic development of the city. In1990s, the developed countries such as Europe, America, Japan and Korea had already given huge investment to the research and development of bus information-based system. The government also responds positively to this situation, the construction of BISS (Bus Intelligent Schedule System) is regarded as an important method to be put into national economy and social development’fifteen’ plan, which provides great help to the rapid development of city bus transportation.
