With the National Twelfth Five-Plan, the number and the capacity of the construction project planare increasing largely. And the complex structure, the multi-participation and the long time constructioncycle are the main feature of them. In the process of the project,the massive and complex information isthe obstacle of the interaction,which leads to the serious losing of effective information in the wholelifetime and largely restricts the improvement of the ability and the efficiency of constructionmanagement. As the result, it inhibits the development of the whole field of construction industry. Sothat, how to effectively deal with the complex and the large number of information becomes a hotresearch area in the construction industry.In this paper, JAVA WEB, combined with the MySQL database technology designed framework ofdigital management of construction project information, the management system based on MVC (Mmodel V view C controller) framework for model design and development, in TOMCAT (InternetInformation Server) do JSP development system for the server interface, MySQL database based ondatabase, using the powerful JAVA WEB application development technology, construction projectmanagement of digital information systems for digital information management projects providedtechnical support for the theory. In this paper, refer to the large number of domestic and foreignliterature on the construction project information management, information on the status ofconstruction project management analysis. Proposed use of advanced computing management tools,data processing, network collaboration technology to fully utilize digital information constructionproject management process is the trend of the development of the construction industry. Secondly, theconstruction projects of different participants and different stages of construction projects in which thecharacteristics and sources of information on construction projects carried out a detailed analysis of themain problems and the reasons summarized in the information management aspects of the presence ofexisting construction projects, and proposed based on an object-oriented information managementsystem developed by digital urgency.The purpose of the development of digital information management system is to achieve aconstruction project information and data can be stored, exchange and sharing of information toimprove data sharing, interoperability, efficiency, solving appeared under the traditional informationmanagement mode "information island " phenomenon fundamentally problems. Subsequently,respectively, are described in detail from the information management system developed by thedevelopment of technology and databases, servers, etc. On these bases, object-oriented frameworkproposed construction project management of digital information systems and separately from the datalayer, business layer, presentation layer made a detailed presentation. In the construction of the specificimplementation of digital information management system built, first consider the framework toachieve environmental and system functioning system of functional systems of the three aspects; whenthe network server is configured to fully consider the server to ensure the implementation ofconstruction projects, real-time information management smooth and then play the leading role ofinformation security managers, network-based organization established model to achieve projectparticipants timely transfer of information between the parties, smooth, largely to save manpower andmaterial resources.The study of this subject could effective resolve the problems of information losingand miscommunication which provides the support for the lifetime management of construction projecton the theory and contributes to the information management in the lifetime of project.
