During the ten years of the21st century, the outbreak frequency of all types ofemergencies is increasingly growing, the sphere of influence is gradually expanding, theimpact is also constantly strengthening. The occurrence of unexpected events will affectthe normal production and life, and even be political and economic havoc. Thedisastrous and dangerous of emergencies themselves are just part of the reason causingthese losses, another important reason is that during information dissemination processit may occurs information alienation, such as false information, inaccurate information,information broken, distorted information and so on.This paper mainly summarized and analyzed the information alienationphenomenon, manifestations and harmfulness during the emergency informationdissemination. Respectively, from political, economic, cultural, technological andpsychological five angles analyze the causes of information alienation duringemergency information dissemination, and proposed measures from government, mediaand public three levels to prevent and control the spread of information alienation.
