Network course teaching as a point of departure has brought about palpable changes. It has become a popular direction for course teaching and research. Practice has proved that, the research and application of network tools determine people’s enjoyment of network resources. It is widely used and become fashionable research aspect in today network security area. This paper is taking the teaching software and hardware equipment as the foundation, collecting various professional teachers teaching courseware and the course of electronic documents and information to be arranged to construct course of electronic database, taking the campus network date transmission to maximum sharing the school library electronic resourses so as to build Qujing Normal University’s network course teaching platform. The system combined with case teaching as to provide collaborative virtual learning community for students to assist teachers in network teaching and the students’ Autonomous Learning.This paper is to study how to introduce network teaching platform in the teachers colleges to improve the teaching characteristics of normal skills in the design of the system and be capable of utilize on-line teaching plummy materials which breaking the traditional time and space constraints and extending the classroom teaching to after class. According to the UML unified modeling to achieve requirement analysis. The paper mainly use case diagram to show different requirement. In this system we use class diagram, component diagram and configuration diagram to express static structure and use timing diagram, collaboration diagram and state diagram to express dynamic structure. By reading a large number of documents and materials, comparing the pros and cons of various design options, combined with self-development conditions, the writer establish the system platform by using B/S/D structure and ASP+ACCESS technology to requirements. Connections that start as stability to making the network course system modular more addictive.The network course module includes student, teacher and administrator modules. The student module has six functional modules, such as online study, homework uploading; teachers subsystem includes nine functional modules, such as the release of tutorial, column management; administrator subsystem includes four major functional blocks, such as courseware management, resource management. In the end of this paper, the shortcomings existed during the development process on the system platform are analyzed, and the next step of the work is prospected. With the further renewal and development for the campus computer network technology, greater progress would be certainly made on the functions and usabilities of the campus network course platform.
