China provincial mobile network management systems go through multiphase construction,having been in daily production in the operation has played an important role.With operation network management to further improve the degree of decentralization,network maintenance staff and management staff of network management system of the new emerging needs,so for integrated network management appications continue to increase the original system on the basis of the development of new application of the difficulty continues to increase.On the one hand,system software architecture limits the system's scalability,on the other hand data access mechanisms such as the technical details of the system led to inefficient and unable to effectively share data. In order to continue to support the emergence of various types of demand,the provincial mobile network management systems must be designed as an open system,this "opening",there are two main aspects of meaning:First.function of scalability.Allow the public on the platform of the new stack of applications modules,application modules from th e increase in the existing system of operating systems hardware plat forms,and other factors.Second.the opening of the data.The data can also open from income and out two aspects to consider. "out",that is,the data within the system and relatively independent of specific applications,data access through the designation of the port opening to the outside world,the maintenance personnel,system application modules and other systemscan demand access to the appropriate data. "income",that is,data management could be targeted with the management,operations and increase the types of expanding.When the new network element needs to be integrated into the system,the appropriate allocation of resources data,performance statistics and warning data can be easily introduced without the architecture constr aints.Therefore, the above specification is based on the design requir ements, mobile service network four provinces, the system would m eet new business requirements while focusing on the technical archi tecture is optimized to achieve the system, thereby strengthening the function of scalability, open systematic data to support different ap plication requirements, improve system performance. This issue is b ased on the guiding principle as above to discuss resource subsyste m implementation process of summary functions. In order to norms of traffic Network Management System tiered architecture,defining the functions of each floor,clear layer coordination mechanism,standa rdize systems and external interfaces between the layers within the system interface.Including the resource data,network performance statistics data and alarm data in the mobile network management, the resource data is the basis of its existence. Resources data management subsystem for the system, from the structure resources is divided into three subsystems: resources data collection, resource data summary, resource data show. The resource data aggregation process is the core subsystem of resources, this issue needs analysis from the resource subsystem start, discusses the resource data modeling, database design, and aggregate functions (sub-layer for the collection, management, application layer) design and implementation of a detailed exposition.In this paper, the structure is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction to explain the background of this thesis, issues the task, and the thesis structure; second chapter for the network resources subsystem call us and the aggregate function realization subsystem resource profiles, resource subsystem discussed in the call the core network, as well as the topic design, implementation, and related technologies used in the choice of development tools; Chapter Summary subsystem functional design for the resources section, detail the specific design of each module; the fourth sub-chapter resources system to achieve part of the summary function, through a detailed process flow chart and natural language description of a combination of discussion of implementations of each module; Chapterâ…¤In conclusion, summarized the work on paper, and the design and implementation problems in the system and made recommendations for improvements.
