Design Of Experiment Teaching System For Urban And Rural Construction Of Chengdu University

With the popularity of internet and the rapid construction of campus network incolleges and universitites, in order to well train students, estalishing efficentExperimental Teaching System is a strong and powerful measure to regulate themanagement of institues, to reduce the intensity of teacher’s work, to enhanceteaching practice effect, to increase students’interests of learning and their abilities.Without Experimental Teaching System, the Urban and Rural ConstructionCollege of Chengdu University still implements Artificial paper hoarders atpresent,teachers, students and leaders of college don’t well know experimentalapparatus,experimental courses, experimental projects etc., which causes manyproblems such as miscommunication about experimental teaching information,inefficient use of experimental instruments in teaching and research fields, badcommunication between teachers and students, and also making management morecomplicated. In order to solve all these issues, I design and develop ExperimentalTeaching System as main content of this thesis by considering different teachingcharators of different related majors which can have specific aims put forwardsolutions: first, to set up system planningaccording to the managements requirementsof the college; second, in accordance with the targets of experimental management,to analyse and build up Experimental Teaching System; third, campus network toachieve the resource sharing.The Experimental Teaching Sytem in the thesis is with B/S structur, backenddatabase is MySQL, Front End Tool is Java of Eclipse platform. The points we willsolve in the thesis include: To open all information about experimental apparatus,experimental courses, experimental projects to all teachers and students; students cancustom-design experiments and programmes according to their major’s charactorswhen they finish their compulsory projects; to enhance communication betweenteachers and students; to highly unify the management of expenrimental teaching; tostraighten out all links of experimental teaching.The thesis discusses the requirements of system and the problems we have to face at first, by analysing demands of system, it completes general design of thesystem to determine the development platform and architecture of the system. Thenthe article further discusses the design of database, describes system architecture,safty, user experiences and functional modules related to3main user objects indetails which are students, teachers and administrators. At the end of the thesis, itsummarizes development, and design of the system, and also states how to extend toall developments phases of the system.
