Mathematics is an ancient and full of vitality discipline. From the early study of quantity, structure, space, and change concepts, mathematics is committed to the field of science, engineering, medicine and economics today. Its availability and high value characteristic makes it become a kind of a discipline to promote the development of society almost everywhere. Mathematics derived from the early human production activities is a product of natural development of human civilization. Mathematical formula is a result of the need that too many words describe one thing. The description process is too complicated and people gradually learn to use some abstract graphics, symbols, etc to describe complex text narration, thus a mathematical formula has rich meanings. However, for the reading of mathematical formulas we are now using the empirical method to read, does not have a generally accepted standard pronunciation. Therefore, the pronounciation of mathematical formulas exists many shortcomings such as difference, randomness and ambiguity. This paper mainly studies how to use the linear text without ambiguity, succinctly to describe the meaning rich two-dimensional formulas. The study results have important significance in teaching, communication, learning and other aspects of the visually impaired. In the process of studying the method, the paper firstly articulation of mathematical formulas from abroad started and find some inadequacies of the existing methods. Secondly, compare the different pronounciation between the methods in Chinese and foreign language, and then try to find out the cause of the ambiguity in mathematical formula pronunciation. And finally, we design a mathematical formula basic reading regulations-MathAL (Mathematical Audio Language) and design the corresponding experiment verifies the correctness of the law, no ambiguity, simplicity, habit, etc.Mathematical formula with two-dimensional structure has a variety of meanings. But the visually-impaired could not see and recognize the special structure of the mathematical formula. So reading and understanding of the mathematical formula has brought many difficulties for the visually impaired learning. For the mathematical information accessibility, we developed a set of Mathematical formula pronunciation rules. The rules determine the scope of the operator in the mathematical expressions by the indicators. In addition, the definition of the Atomic-Formulas has reduced the redundancy of the indicators. By learning the MathAL rules, it was proved that mathematical formula ambiguity has dropped and the length of the pronunciation has shortened. The pronunciation is more in line with the reading habit of mathematical formula.
