The Design And Implementation Of Dynamic Operation Supervision System Of Small Loan Company Based On J2EE Framework

Small loan companies are widely developed in recent years because they can provideloan to small or medium-sized enterprises, which has advantages of convenient, fast, lowthreshold. However, as one of the types of financial enterprises, small loan companiesstandardize operation is closely connected with the country’s effective regulation. With theincreasing number of the microfinance companies, the regulation is becoming more and moreimportant. With the progress of science and technology, information management becomesmore and more popular. So using information technology to promote technology not only caneffectively avoid the lag of information, but also can extent avoid accounting fraud behaviorof small loan companies.Based on the existing various operating regulation system, we develop a set of project ofmicrofinance company dynamic operation regulation for Jilin province financial office basedon the J2EE architecture system. This project is mainly responsible for organizing,coordinating and promote the province’s small loan company pilot work, examination andapproval of establishment, modification and cancellation of small loan companies to apply fortext and related composite materials.The focus of this project include: full complete small loans company internal businessmanagement, information report, and the financial supervision and feedback work of theoffice, pedestrian access and assisting credit systems; Ensure the stability of the system andnetwork, resisting aggression, timeliness; Through access control means to avoid small loancompanies such as random tamper with the business data, report the false information, etc.;Real-time regulation of small loan companies operating state, when the fixed assets, liabilities,owners’ equity, the monetary funds, loan balance, business income and expenses, profit andrisk of the emergence of the net income, income tax and other information need to sound analarm in time.Priority project needs to break through the difficulty lies in the fact that becauseinvolving sensitive information such as financial supervision work, therefore the antiaggression, stability of the system, the secrecy must achieve a higher standard, at the same time, due to regulatory work involves multiple departments, how to complete the division oflabor and collaboration between departments is also a difficult problem of the system in theearly design stage.The first chapter introduces the status quo of research systems and research objectives.The second chapter introduces the system’s requirements analysis and preliminary design.The third chapter describes the detailed design of the system, and gives the database designand implementation, as well as security systems and other mechanisms. The key algorithmsand implementation fourth chapter describes the system’s effectiveness. System based on B/S structure, using Microsoft Visual Studio2008development platform, to create a databaseusing MySQL, part of the page using CSS landscaping, making the system more humane andfriendly technology.
