In this article, we analysis the characteristic of State-subsized student loan and how superior if it would be implemented in network . After analysised those current software's flaws, we propose the design and implementation, also introduce the whole system base on module in detail.The system is built on J2EE thecnology based on B/S and implemented in 4-tier architecture. As it adopts Struts +Spring+Hibernate thecnologically, this article discusses the deficiency and inconvenient of traditional highweiht framwork- EJB firstly. Therefore it will be the introduction of lightweiht framework which is the substitution of EJB , emphasizing on its advantage on development, testing and deployment .Because the system adopts Spring framework as lightweight container, we explain it with some key codes ,as well as explaining how to build persistence layer useing Hibernate framework , and show how to integrate them two frameworks with DAO.For testing business logic module , JUnit would be used here ,which would certainly be presented on this thesis. Besides these topics, Struts was used in presentation layer would also be included for explaining its application on those exactly codes. On security, we do reserach on the Java platform itself, also, the MD5 algorithm was used in system.At last, we list something need improved in our system, especially those aspects on technique.
