The Design And Implementation Of WEB-based Enterprises Office Automation Management System

Office Automation (Office Automation, OA) is a latest model of office network,which combines the enterprise modern office with computer network feature.WEB-based enterprise office automation system is to achieve the enterprisesdeveloping swiftly and information sharing, and then to improve the efficiency ofbusiness office and information processing capabilities effectively.On the basis of analyzing the demand of enterprises office automation system,this paper designed and implemented the WEB-based enterprise office automationsystem employing the ASP web development technology and SQL Server2000database. The main functional modules of the OA system, including the routinemanagement, business management and user management etc. which meeting thebasic needs of the modern enterprises management, improving the overall businessefficiency and the controllability of information, and reducing office costseffectively, in addition, can also enhancing the execution and making the managementto be more perfect.
