The Design And Implementation Of Office Automation Management System For Minor Enterprises Based On ASP.NET

While there is a rapid development of minor enterprise in our country, there are also many of them cannot make the effective management and reasonable configuration on the information about administrator and staff. They also cannot make the reasonable, real-time and effective monitoring on the data management of personnel or exchange of information between other staff. That would cause some serious problems like cannot find vital data in time, individual using enterprise resource or sell enterprise business secret to rival enterprise just for their private interest and so on. Therefore, it’s important for minor enterprise to raise competitive power in developing an office automation management system which includes reasonable and effective information management module and convenient information exchanging module.The office automation management system mentioned in this paper is an application based on.NET platform, using ASP.NET and related technologies, through Visual Studio 2008 development tool and SQL Server 2005 database, developing with c# language and being visited through browser. Firstly, this paper analysis the status of management system and introduce the related technologies in a nutshell; Secondly, it analyses from feasibility, market demand,user case and development environment of the system; And then, we develop database in two different view including conceptual structure and data structure, and design public class in writing on Web.Config file and custom basic design; Finally, we finish the system which include homepage module, login module, file transfer module, file reception module and SMS module.This system with strong communication is easy to operate and developed in low cost, it is beneficial to rising minor enterprise information management efficiency and group cooperation ability, communication between employee and employer and market core competitiveness of minor enterprise.
