| We can provide campus professors and students a convenient, real-time and open takingclass and learning platform. Combined with the convenience of Radio frequencyidentification (RFID) technology and the progress of campus network in full swing, we candevelop a solution for professors and students. It can be a more convenient channel ofcommunication. We can apply the RFID technology to quickly identify nearby classinformation and use mobile Internet to share the class information fast. The solution adopts the classic C/S structure. The database server adopts Postgres, which runs on the Ubuntu personal computer; the client adopts Qt, which runs on the LinuxARM board. The client device connects to the RFID reader to read the information that storesin the tag and then send it to the client app. It communicates with the database server via theInternet. The database stores the data about classrooms, curriculum, professors, students andposts; the client reads the tag which is placed outside the classroom, then connects to thedatabase via mobile Internet to get information about the classroom and provides a platformfor professors and students to communicate. Smart phones which equip with NFC are theideal equipment for the client device. The final system can update data on the database server side, and display classschedule, look for classrooms for those who want to take a class or study by oneself, andpromote the interaction between professors and students. The RFID identifies smoothly, themobile Internet is convenient. The result of the project shows that the solution can improvethe efficiency of learning, working, and interaction of campus professors and students. Therefore, the solution implemented in this paper is not only necessary but also pleasant andconvenient. |
