With the rapid development of science and technology, mechanical equipment is moreand more complicated, and the intelligent automation run of machinery equipment getextensive attention of the society. So how to master the field running status of mechanicalequipment, test and evaluate the current running status of equipment is increasingly becomethe focus of all walks of life. Remote monitoring system is developed on the basis of thetraditional measurement and control system, and combined the current informationprocessing technology and wireless communication technology, it overcomes defects of thetraditional measurement and control system, which need to set up cable transmission lines,is vulnerable limited by complex terrain environment and severe working conditions on site,and poor mobility. The mobile terminal of remote monitoring system is based on embeddedARM as the core of the Linux operating system, greatly improved the performance of thesystem, reduce the power consumption of the system, and realize the intelligent control ofthe system. Using wireless communication technology transmit data from the field, caninteract data with remote data center reliably and real-timely.This paper designs and realizes a new kind of remote monitoring system of mobileterminals, the mobile terminals is based on ARM920T kernel in S3C2440microprocessorand embedded Linux operating system as the core, otherwise increased the identificationand the wireless communication function. Identification can realized by UHF RFID module,RF signal read-write device identify electronic tag and read and write, to complete theidentification work. Wireless communication can realized by WIFI network, in the processof data communication WIFI is connected to a remote data center to interact data, tocomplete the wireless communication system.This article first from the perspective of theory research and analysis necessity of usingLinux embedded mobile terminals in the remote monitoring system application, accordingto the actual demand design the RFID and wireless communication as the core of system overall scheme. Then explain the design of the hardware part and software part of mobileterminal system. Finally setting up hardware and software testing platform of mobileterminal, testing identity recognition and wireless communication function modulerespectively, verify the feasibility of design scheme.
