It is difficult in terms of accuracy for the traditional manual detection method, speed and degree of automation to fully meet the requirements of the sensor to detect parts.Based on Machine Vision machine vision and motion control systems constituted by the motion control is the use of modern PC technology, automation technology and digital image acquisition and processing technology, through CCD search for targets and orderly movement of the motor and other executive agencies, and ultimately to handle the booking of the moving target.It is a modern automated production of key technologies in recent years, is widely used in industrial automation.
