With the gradual development of image processing technologies and medical imaging information visualization technology matures, oral surgery clinical safety and minimally invasive as possible. Digital image visualization of information technology as the core of the oral virtual planting assisted surgery systems have become the object of clinical attention in the visual field. However, the virtual planting guide plate as a guide implant surgery transfer media and information carriers, is the key to ensure that dental implant surgery and accurate transfer, but due to the traditional planting guides through the plaster model making, can not get the jaw precise organizational structure, production process there are obvious defects in the safety and reliability, the organization growing areas prone to fractures, complications such as perforation of the mandibular canal.This article aims to oral dimensional CT image visualization technology, geometry guitar body by planting zones, tooth surface profile measurement study edge features, the improved algorithm for reconstruction under the core technology Levelset alveolar nerve canal anatomy of this process, re-registration based on Delaunay fusion technology to generate target planting area planting a virtual template, finally combining spatial characteristics of perfect positioning guides planting design.
