At the18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the "Establishing beautiful Chinese" slogan was proposed formally. At the same time, it becomes one of the basic strategies of national development, low pollution, efficiency which has became the consensus of the whole society. With the development of economy, especially the rapid development of real estate industry in recent years, energy saving level and intelligence level of domestic lighting is focused on more and more. Intelligent domestic lighting system can make the best of communication technology, computer technology and automatic control technology,which make all lighting to a link so that the objective of high efficiency,energy saving, simple management and diversification of control is achieved.This paper chooses the intelligent domestic lighting system based on DALI protocol which develops rapidly in the lighting industry as to the research object. In the basis of deepen analysis of DALI protocol communication technology, it is combined with USB technology which is used widely in the computer equipment,and designs a gateway interface which is able to make intelligent lighting system access to computer equipment easily.First of all, the paper analysis development background, the domestic and foreign research present situation. In addition, the paper elaborates the electrical characteristics, system coding and command format of DALI intelligent lighting protocol. This paper states situation of development and technical characteristics of USB technology.This paper develops a USB-DALI gateway, and the gateway is the signal converter equipment of the main control device (PC) and DALI bus. This paper introduces the hardware structure of the gateway, gives the hardware structure diagram, and elaborates the MCU hardware circuit, DALI signal receiving circuit emphatically. This paper designs the system software modules of gateway, including MCU initialization, USB communication module and DALI communication module. Finally it gives the actual key of the software program to realize. This paper designs the intelligent lighting human-computer interaction interface which is used in the computer by using LABVIEW program development environment of NI. This paper will introduce LABVIEW graphical programming language G editors, state special gateway USB driver files by using LABVIEW in the computer system. And it creates the USB connection, including the driver file installed successfully and the achievement of enumeration process.According to the different needs of applications of intelligent lighting, it designed each interface module to meet the demand.This paper presents the program of debugging and achieving of DALI intelligent lighting system which includes human-computer interaction interface, USB-DALI gateway and LED lamp of control equipment. Through the construction and debugging of each part of the system, this paper finished a set of complete intelligent lighting system. According to the test data, the lighting system hardware construction is logical. In addition, signal conforms to the requirements protocol, and the index of system is normal, it can achieve the desired effect.Finally, this paper gives improvement measures of subsequent research work which aiming at this designing, which will provide some references to improve system further and mature...
