With the improvement of people’s living conditions, the needs of LED(Light-Emitting Diode, LED) lighting have been increasing. In other words, there is a shift from the rigid demands to the demands such as energy saving, environmental protection, comfort and art, which have prompted manufacturers to design more advanced LED lighting system. On the other hand, the gradual maturation of wireless control technology paves the way for the development of wireless LED lighting control systems. Among the mainstream wireless technology, ZigBee Light Link(ZLL), which can provide a low-cost, easy-to-install and interoperable standard for lighting systems, has become one of the best chances used in the wireless LED lighting systems.The wired lighting system, because of development earlier, has occupied a certain market, which has prompted people to design the “ZLL-wired protocol” gateway that can promote the integration development of ZLL and wired LED lighting control system.Among wired lighting systems, the Digital Addressable Lighting Interface(DALI) has many advantages, such as low cost, protocol opening, easy to extend, etc. Therefore, to study the interaction gateway of ZLL and DALI would have a great economic value. However, there aren’t related products on the market.Given the above situation, in this thesis we selected the wireless protocol of ZLL and the wire protocol of DALI as the research objects. Additionally, the ZLL-DALI intelligent control gateway was designed, and the reliable and steady communication has been realized between the systems of ZLL and DALI. The detail content of this work is as following:(1) Firstly, the CC2530F256 was selected as the control core by analyzing the function and property of ZLL-DALI gateway, and the software development tools were determined. Taking that ZLL easily affected by Wi-Fi in consideration, the anti-interference strategy of software was designed.(2) Secondly, as for the design of CC2530, the modular thought was adopted, and five circuits were created, including microprocessor circuit, ZLL wireless transceiver circuit, DALI level conversion circuit, power circuit and JTAG circuit. Moreover, by integrating all circuits, the overall hardware design of ZLL-DALI gateway was realized.(3) Thirdly, according to the hardware of ZLL-DALI gateway, the software was designed. After the Z-Stack Lighting protocol stack was studied, protocol conversion program, DALI driving program and serial driving program were designed.(4) Finally, the ZLL-DALI lighting control system was established, consisting of a ZLL remote controller, a ZLL-DALI gateway and a RGB three-primary colors control module. In addition, the function and properties of ZLL-DALI gateway were tested by observing the ZLL node to join the network and transmit data.The results showed that ZLL-DALI gateway could run stably, which proved the design rationality of ZLL-DALI gateway. This thesis has provided a low-cost solution, which can achieve interoperability between ZLL system and the DALI system.
