People in production and living, the need to obtain information on theobject, which requires people’s own sense organs. But people’s sense organsin the natural phenomenon, the law of things and in production and living is notenough, in order to better help people to get information, will need help fromthe sensor.Bearing in industrial production, warehouse, bridge construction, due tobear the weight of the giant, as the production or facility increasingly aging canlead to serious consequences, warehouse steel bracket bearing quality is amust monitoring project, which requires a certain system for real-timemonitoring of the equipment, to ensure safety.With the development of theresistance strain gauge, the resistance strain type weighing sensor is graduallyappear. Resistance strain type weighing sensor is of high precision, widerange, long service life, simple structure, good frequency responsecharacteristics and the working environment requirement is not high,miniaturization, integration, and species diversity and other characteristics,make it has a very broad application prospects. This topic to understand andmake weighing sensors, in order to help to industrial production.Experimental research for resistance strain type weighing sensors, theprinciple of weighing sensor is studied, the overall structure and the variousunits. Weighing sensors including elastomer probe design and production aswell as the selection of resistance strain slice and paste process, the influenceof temperature on the weighing sensor for temperature calibration.Forweighing sensor probe part, papers from the probe by stress strain analysis,through the finite element method analysis of the structure and material ofprobe under the change of the stress, and probe the improvement of theprocess. The selection of resistance strain slice and performance of resistance strain gauge and the circuit design and production.For temperature affect theweighing sensor, selected the DS18B20digital temperature to calibrate thetemperature, and draw the curve of temperature.Paper weighing sensor device production research, its whole structure isnovel, high accuracy, easy operation, wide application range, stronganti-jamming capability, which can realize online measurement, and the cost islow, has broad application prospects in industrial production.
