The survey and examination widely exist in all the various domain, such as production and life and so on. moreover along with the productive forces level and the humanity living standard enhancement, the requests of survey and examination become more and more high. On the one hand, it is requested that examination system has higher speed, precision, reliability and automated level, in order to reduces the manpower as far as possible, and enhances the working efficiency;On the other hand, it is requested that examination system has a higher flexibility and compatibility, and tend to multi-purpose, intellectualized. The sensor widespread application make these requests possible.This paper studies the design of intelligent weighting trancducer. Along with microelectronic technology and the computer technology development, the industry control measuring appliance and the programmable logical controller(PLC) is turning towards to the embedded system, and the procedure programming is turning towards to the higher order language. Designs trancducer use AVR monolithic integrated circuit Atmega128 as primary processor, selected high accuracy A/D special-purpose chip to guarantee precision.This paper selected weighting transducer as study object, and in detail elaborated author' s research and design about weighting transducer in master' s degree paper work period. First, introduced the present situation and development of the load cell, and the significance taking the resistance strain weighting transducer as research body, and the examination system composition. Next studied the basic concept and performance of sensor and the principle, technical parameter, using principle and attention of the resistance strain weighting stransducer. Then according the principle of the design of the signal recuperated circuit, designed the signal recuperated circuit of weighting transducer. Then according to the performance requirement of weighting transducer, selected the signal processing component. After completes the hardware design, tested it through the software. Finally, made the summary to my work.Test environment: PC machine and AVR Studio4. 0 IDE, ICC AVR Compiler , JTAG ICE simulator;wieghting transducer, double curving beam load cell and SL-AVR hardware simulator.
