Logistics management is a very important daily work of management in Colleges anduniversities, and continuously push forward logistics management automation andmanagement of standardization is the overall development was required, it will provide apowerful guarantee for the school’s normal, orderly, scientific development.From the previous degree of electric management point of view, because the studentdormitory electricity management work is a very serious problem of Shenyang Conservatoryof Music logistics management, student dormitory with actual demand of electricity in theelectricity is more complex, there are a series of security problems, the college has been veryconcerned about the students’ dormitory in the use of electrical work, but for a long time, dueto the constraints and restrictions of various factors, improvement and perfection, there has notalways been the student dormitory electricity problems therefore, this paper will analyze theShenyang Conservatory of Music students’ dormitory with the actual demand of electricity, theschool logistics of electricity management improvement,University Logistics in this paper the development of electricity management systemby implementing the centralized acquisition intelligent type electric energy, and electric controland management of the metering method, system software installation of synchronous controland management of the electricity in a computer, with a variety of functions such as powercontrol, data statistics and energy metering. The use of the system based on, largely on thevarious electricity stealing or leakage of effective prevention and control, is the universitystudent apartment electricity management ideal, through the system, can the studentsdormitory electricity for effective management, so as to guarantee the safety of students power.This paper mainly discusses the Shenyang Conservatory of Music logistics with hardware andsoftware power management system and the corresponding function, also has carried on thedetailed explanation of the design and test of this system, the concrete content as follows:1, the hardware of this system includes the data management device, electric controlcabinet and computer, using RS485to realize the transmission of network information; fromthe hardware system, the whole structure is relatively simple, which to some extent, the wholesystem debugging and maintenance work to create convenient conditions. 2, the system mainly Delphi7+Inter Base6.5as the development platform, with theactual situation of the electricity from the Shenyang Conservatory of Music students’ dormitory,R&D and design of the project, to achieve the design objectives.3, through the Inter Base, developed the project database, realize the synchronizationcontrol and management of electricity data, and realize data automatic optimization andbackup and other functions.4, based on the above design content is realized by software development, software--Install Shield of this project carried out a test.
