DRP(distribution resource planning) is a systerm of administering the companydistribution network, which aims to equip the company for the ability of the quickreaction to the order and supply, and the ability of the continuous replenishmentprogram.Distribution is meant to establish sales channels，that is products sale toconsumers by certain sales channels. From this perspective, we can call any kind ofsales Distribution. Distribution is the process of movement of products from theproduction site to the sales outlets, the products must be in order to reach theconsumer through a particular method of distribution. As a modern enterprise, keepingevergreen in the fierce competition in the market, it must have its own unique methodof distribution. With the continuous expansion of business operations, businessoutlets spread across the country, In the hand, telephone, fax and other traditionalmethods, enterprises have many problems of distribution channels: local branchoffices, sales outlets operating conditions can not be real-time monitoring byheadquarters; enterprises often orders, sales, inventory and other data andinformation feedback is not timely, the backlog of goods, out of stock; exchanges ofdocuments, data acquisition operation is seriously lagging behind, poor accuracy, thissituation is not conducive to statistics, analysis and processing; Customer needs andmarket information is not timely feedback to headquarters, to enable enterprises todevelop production forecasts and commodity allocation plan with many of the largerblindness, lack of accurate data and information to support business decisions. Thepurpose of the enterprise distribution network management system is to enableenterprises with orders and delivery with rapid response and the ability to continue toreplenish stocks, both to ensure an effectively meet market needs, but also makelogistics resource allocation to achieve the least cost plan methods.In recent times,how the administration of enterprise has significant influence on its development, andthe DRP plays a crucial role in company resource integrated management. With theextensibility and convenience of internet, DRP makes the commerce progress get ridof the limitation of time, place and people, moreover, it effectively promotes the workefficiency, business scope and finally the company’s benefits.In this paper, we viewed some literature of distribution management andinvestigated on it, and then created the system requirements according to the actualmanagement of companies by using JAVA as the system language, establish thedatabase with Oracle11g, use MyEclipse9.0as the development tool, and use MVCframework as the system framework, at last complete the demand function by systemtest. The main function modules of the system: the management module ofdistributors’ inventory achieves the maintenance for the movement of the producttable; the management module of data achieves the maintenance for the accountingperiod, materials, distributors, and end-customer; the management module of systemmanagement achieves the maintenance of users the management module ofstatistical reports achieves the display of distributor’s level and distribution by reports;.
