With the information combat mode gradually boarded the stage of history, people pay more and more attention to radar countermeasures. Recently, the fight of radar jamming and interference is intensified, especially in the early war penetration becomes a favorable combat mode, the importance of radar jamming resource distribution is more prominent. How to get the best distribution result and how to find the optimal route are hot issues of military research. Interference effect evaluate indicators of resource distribution and penetration path planning based on radar jamming resource distribution are discussed in this paper. The main tasks include:In this paper, it first introduces respectively the research background, current research situation and research significance of radar jamming resource distribution and penetration path planning, and then decides to establish the central idea of combining the two elements above. After researching the current interference effect evaluate indicators, it designs three new evaluate indicators based on penetration path planning, and solves the problem of radar jamming resource distribution with dynamic programming algorithm. Experiment result shows that new interference effect evaluate indicators of penetration background is better for penetration combat, the distribution result plays an important role for subsequent penetration path planning, and area of interference is more conducive to penetration.Secondly, an ant colony algorithm based on penetration path is given and it is used to solve the two-dimensional penetration path planning based on radar jamming resource distribution. Because previous study don't consider resources distribution, it dose not meet the real environment. In this paper, penetration path based resources distribution is researched. Experiment result shows that the improved ant colony algorithm has the faster speed to search the optimal route, the less iterative times and less run time compared with basic ant colony algorithm and adaptive ant colony algorithm. In addition, three-dimensional path planning result is given based on two-dimensional penetration path planning.Finally, two emergency situations of path planning such as with a transfer point en route and being intercepted en penetration process are researched. As the mission change or the threat of other weapons during penetration, it's essential to use interference management thought. According to two situations, it gives five solving schemes and experimental simulation. The simulation results show in three situations, the schemes could be a solution to the different problem and meet the functional requirement of interference management.
