With the development of communication technology, embedded system and materials science, the oil industry has been pushed into a new frontier. With the help of communication technology progress, the electronic instruments beside wells and the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system have reinforced the data capture process in the digitalization construction of oil and gas field. Huge amounts of oil and gas production data have been collected and stored in the real-time/historical database. Therefore, how to classify the collected data, which is being gathered continuously by our system, according to different production units and objects, and then display it on the remote monitoring and control interface in the way of real-time data, trend charts, performance plan form and so on, and how to dump a great quantity of data stored in real-time/historical database to the relational database in a timely manner in order to provide the underlying base of data for future query and secondary development, have become the two key problems in the publishing and management of oil and gas production data.To solve these two problems, this article has two targets to analyze:Combining with the practical application of SCADA system in the process of oil and gas production, on the basis of real-time database system which has realized the data acquisition and collection of oil and gas production, in view of the objects and data the operation workers need to monitor in the process of production, selecting the pumping wells as examples, depending on the various system module function, using the force control monitoring configuration software platform, this paper designs the human-machine interface of the real-time publishing of the oil and gas production data to provide real-time monitoring platform in the daily production of the oilfield and to realize the automation monitoring control for industrial production process.Due to the huge amount of collected data, constantly expired real-time data has changed to a large number of historical data stored in the real-time/historical database. With the purpose of taking full advantage of these large amounts of data resources and providing a wide range of business support to upper layers, this paper studies the data synchronization method between real-time database and relational database. According to the demand of different dump rules of parameter, using JAVA architecture development tools and PI real-time/historical database application programming interfaces (APIs), through the analysis of the functional requirements, program flow design, coding and testing means, a data dump design scheme is proposed. The black box testing result of this program illustrates that the adopted data dump scheme can meet the needs of different dump rules.
