| The main function of FOG(fiber optic gyroscope)measurement and control device system is to detect the performance indexes of FOG in order to guarantee the accuracy and stability of the gyroscope. To establish a set of effective and reliable test system is very important.This article introduces a set of three-axis FOG measurement and control device, the test system adopts counter card which madding in U.S. national instruments company and multi-function data acquisition card and industrial computer of Yan Hua as the hardware platform. LabVIEW is adopted to realize test function as the software platform, which forms the virtual instrument system based on PCI bus. Three-axis FOG test system mainly controls the movement pattern of the three-axis turntable through the industrial computer. The tested gyroscope is put into high-low temperature chamber. After the temperature of the chamber stability, the signal conditioning box is power on to produce a512kHz clock signal, then the gyroscope primary power, second power and512kHz clock signal are provided to the three-axis FOG, it outputs±X,±Y,±Z6direction signals and one PC signal, after the condition box signal conditioning the resulting signal is put into the counting card of IPC, then three-axis FOG performance indicators can be tested by using the LabVIEW graphical programming language. In addition, three-axis FOG+27V power supply voltage and current signals can be monitored. The three-axis FOG performance test is achieved with good visual man-machine interface. This article describes the software part and hardware part of the measurement and control device in detail, the design of the hardware part (test conditioning box) mainly includes:power supply circuit, power supply monitoring circuit,512kHz pulse signal generating circuit, signal isolation drive circuit etc. The design of the software part includes:measurement and control system bus communication program, measurement and control device system login program, test interface program, power supply monitoring and alarming program, three-axis FOG pulse measurement program, pulse width measurement program of the measurement and control system, etc.The actual operation shows that the performance of three-axis fiber optic gyroscope measurement device is stable, with high measurement precision. Meanwhile the device meets the design requirements and the needs of the product users. |
