The Research Of Virtual Three-Dimensional Warehouse Management System Based On Vrml

With the increasing economic globalization and market competition, the importance of warehouse management is increasingly highlighted, which play an increasingly important role in the logistics supply chain. At present, the main warehouse management systems are mostly presented to the user through the numbers, text, tables, histogram, etc. However, it is not able to visually and intuitively demonstrate the state of the warehouse and goods, which restricts their further development. By using the various information technology branches whose core is computer technology, virtual reality technology refers to generate an integration of realistic visual, auditory and tactile virtual environment. In this thesis, the virtual reality technology is used in warehouse management, completed the virtual three-dimensional warehouse management system based VRML, which is based on QQY car company running production logistics pull system (SPS system), and finished the three dimensional construction mode of logistics warehouse and high shelves, etc. It makes users to manage the warehouse more easily and more intuitively, and boosts the efficiency of warehouse management.This thesis firstly reviews the application of the virtual reality technology at home and abroad. Through looking at the large number of relevant literature, example and learning relative theory and application, A deeply research have been conducted on the large-scale modeling scene, optimizing and its object interaction. On this basis, for the actual situation of QQY car Company, analyze shortage and needs of existing SPS system, proposed three-dimensional virtual warehouse management system solutions based VRML and conducted design and implementation of the system. The main research contents and contributions were summarized in the following:1. Combined with the feedback information form the management personnel during using the system, analyzed the existing pull logistics system and get the needs of the system and their solutions.2. The entire object’s physical models in the three-dimensional scene of the virtual warehouse have been built, such as the warehouse’s environment modeling, the main warehouse modeling, the dynamic generation of the good models and the dynamic modeling.3. The VRML program have been optimized to shorten the transfer time between the browser and server and to reduce the loading time of the scene in the browser.4. The automatic roaming and interactive roaming have been achieved by the use of navigation, routing nodes and so on.5. Combined with3ds MAX, VRML and ASP.NET technology, the virtual three-dimensional logistics warehouse management system has been developed.
