Research Of Emergency Training System Ofrailway Dispatching And Command

Railway traffic dispatching is the key to the safety of railway traffic. The train dispatchers command trains in their section. Their work is organizing trains, grouping trains and finishing the transportation plan in a safe environment. The ability and quality of train dispatchers affect the achievement of the transportation plan. So it is very necessary to design a training system for train dispatchers to promote their response capacity on disaster.In this paper, the influencing factors to training are analyzed from railway enterprise, work and dispatchers. The key factors are devised by a model based on TOPSIS. According to the analysis results, training content can be selected out.To insist on the principle of linking training content and emergency work closely, knowledge points are selected by analyzing the content and the process in case of emergency. The functions of each knowledge are also be pointed out.At the end of paper, the overall process of training system and the function module are designed to provide the basis for system development.Taking into account the knowledge training should be targeted, this paper uses the ISM method to analyze the relationship between the theory of knowledge points. Successively and hierarchical relationship between knowledge points is demonstrated in a network. Combined with the students’ assessment scores and the different hardness in different combination of knowledge points, the question is transformed into solving the minimum spanning tree after weighting the network. Then a personalized learning scheme according with the students learning background is get.
