The Research And Application On Heterogeneous System Integration Based On WCF

With the rapid development of automobile industry, the support of automobile manufacturing enterprises on logistic information of automobile production continues to expand and upgrade. It is becoming more and more important for the enterprise to integrate and share the data, information and resources about logistics, the same as the integration of logistics information of the enterprises. However, the inherent distribution and heterogeneous systems between enterprises results in difficulties of application system integration. It takes a lot of manpower and time in the process of implementing the new system for the integration of such systems. Therefore, there will be a strong application requirement for establishing configurable data exchange adapter with versatility. Adapters can shield differences between the sources of heterogeneous data, by making configuration files that allows for efficient, reliable data exchange services between heterogeneous systems. In the integration process of the study in heterogeneous systems adapters can improve the efficiency of interaction of the integrated system, and also has a high value in the actual project implementation process.The arguments of this paper focus on three aspects. The first is about the research on Supplies Pull System integrating with production management system of the existing enterprise. Starting from the business function of the Supplies Pull System, this paper analyzes of the demand for Supplies Pull System integrating with existing system of the enterprise, and puts forward the scheme of system integration based on Supplies Pull System. The second is about using the technology of Windows Communication Foundation to design the data exchange adapter in the scheme of systems integration. In the hierarchical design of adapter, using the service of Windows Communication Foundation to realize the interaction between heterogeneous system, using recall service confirmed mechanism to achieve the reliability and security in the process of data exchange, and using the technology of ADO.NET to resolve the issues of heterogeneous data in the process of data exchange, so that make the Heterogeneous Systems Integration come true. The third is about that to achieve the flexibility of system integration, this paper studied the configuration of the data exchange adapter, through the design of adapter configuration files and configuring file reader, so that achieve the configurable data exchange adapter.
