Information Networks Of Heterogeneous Data Exchange Technology Research And Implementation

With the rapid development of Internet and informationization, information sharing and interconnection exchanges has become important issue which the current E-Government constructs faces gradually. But heterogeneity of operation system among different departments of government and decentralization of resources' storing make it impossible to promises network information sharing and business collaboration. How to solve "isolated of information" has becomes urgency for government to carry information construction into execution.The article sets the construction of enterprises' basic information exchange platform as a background, studying heterogeneous data exchange technology of information network, which is concerned with the core problem that how to achieve data exchange among different departments' application system through data exchange platform. After analyzing the data exchange technology and production which is at home and abroad, the paper designs and implements a cross-platform, extending, loose coupling ExistABC data exchange platform based on RDF/XML, adapter and Web Service technology. At the same time, the paper constructs a new data exchange model of mobile E-government system based on mobile agent, superiority of mobile agent is validated by theory analysis and model simulation in network flow, response time, fault-tolerant of mobile data exchange system. It also makes a deep research and discussion on core technology involved in the platform, which includes constructing a kind of common metadata based on RDF/XML format as benchmark of heterogeneous data integration, fast and convenient method on resources retrieval is provided; shielding heterogeneity of different data source ,translating and converting data by the adapter system; Interactions between every department and resources exchange center are packaged Web Service, which makes every department to spurn difference of systems and accomplish seamless and secure dialogue between systems; Aiming at administrative levels of E-government in China, extending and designing a across-domain data exchange model based on single-domain data exchange.The feasibility and practicability of the achieved ExistABC data exchange platform is proved by platform testing, which provides important technical support to the building of the enterprises' basic information exchange.
