When conducting circuit experiments, we often can not achieve experimental results owing to the problems of wiring. For simple circuit experiments, its connectional problems can be easily checked out by measuring carefully. However, checking the wiring problems of complex circuit experiments is time consuming. On the other hand, the circuit of some multi-port devices is complex, it is difficult to distinguish the connection of each other.because of the neglect of staff,they do not find error of device, it may damage the device. Aiming at solving this problem, this thesis proposes a device of interface detecting——wire tracker system. The device can quickly detect the connectional status of experiment circuit and transmit it to the PC through RS495communication transmission. Then, we can clearly observe the wiring status through the PC so that speedily make corresponding solutions to the wiring problems and save time and effort.The thesis mainly contains two parts,hardware and software. hardware part and software part. We achieve the design of development board in hardware part, and the software part contain upper computer and lower computer, while the applications of VC++programming in upper computer which consists of both communication interface and graphic display, lower computer will compile some chip program. All of them will complete the design of wire tracker system. The connection of internal circuit can be detected by making use of the wire tracker system and display its internal connectional status on computer.The TMS320F2808was chosen as the main control chip to test the port and research its internal connectional status. The hardware circuit was designed according to research content and specific requirements including the clock module, power module, drive module, serial communication module. The schematic and PCB were drawn in Altium Designer and finally was manufactured into circuit experimental board required in the research of this thesis.The tasks of software part are the programming of communication interface to make it receive the data transmitted from DSP and display by graphics the connectional status of wiring terminals according to the received data. All of these goals are completed in the programming software VC++. The communication between upper computer and lower computer is using RS485and finally designed a wire tracker system。...
