In the pervasive computing mode, People can acquire and process information inany manner at any time and in any place. Therefore obtaining position in formationbecome the indispensable content of ubiquitous computing research. GlobalPositioning System (GPS) is the most earliest and well-know system in the field ofwireless position-location. However the GPS fails in indoor environments because thesignals received from satellites often suffer severe interference by concrete Building.So it is important in practice and theory to develop a position-fixing system to suitindoor environment.Ephemeral social network services (ESNS),a new SNS(Social network Services)type, is emerging to capture the ephemeral interactions and meetings that occur inenvironments such as conferences and workplaces. Most ESN S require thepositioning,therefore position system may bring about personal privacy issues.RFID technique becomes a primary candidate for low-cost, high performance andlarge scale indoor location-sensing system because of its advantages such asnon-line-of-sight (NLOS) identification and the low-cost nature. In this paper westudied some key issues including framework designing, algorithm designing andbackground data processing in the process of developing active RFID indoorpositioning systems. we propose a scalable location-sensing model based onRFID-sensing architecture for ESN in consideration of four aspects of requirements,that is, the usability, QoS, scalability, and privacy.The content of this paper mainly consists of two parts: one is research andimplementation of indoor positioning technology based on RFID, the other one isdesign and implementation of RFID hardware system of Low power consumption.Details are as follows:(1)We design hardware circuit of RFID positioning system by the AltiumDesigner software. And we use IAR integrated development environment fordebugging and compiling circuit board. Finally, positioning system has characteristicof low power consumption and high stability which Depends on the softwareprogramming and hardware component selection.(2)Study and comparison of the positioning algorithm based on distancemeasurement (TOA/TDOA, RSSI, AOA), fingerprint positioning algorithm and the neighboring positioning algorithm LANDMARC. In order to protect privacy issues ofpositioning system, we researched a method to combine two positioning algorithmstogether and created an improved algorithm in order to solve special needs of ESN S.At the same time, we achieved a high-precision positioning system.A prototyping conference-type ESNS system was also developed in this paperand was tested in the ACMUbiComp2011conference, which verified that the modelworks well with good scalability, low cost, and customized privacy protection.
