Because of the diversity of supply channel, it becomes difficult to manage the inventory. How to reduce the cost, make a better supply, reduce the inventory, accelerate the capital turnover, strengthen the supervision of material use and financial become increasingly focus on the leadership of the hospital.This article aims to design and implement the system connect with HIS, which have functions such as purchase management, stock management, and accounting. The inventory management system is fit for the current company. It uses Oracle as its database, which improve flexibility, reliability and security of the system. It uses B/S framework which based on RIA technology, which improves users’experience.This article analysis the inventory system’s background and significance in the area of application of the regulation of medical supplies, study the regulatory status of technology at home and abroad. Through detailed analysis of processes and operations, it comes the detailed requirements of each functional module. In-depth understanding the existing technical framework of regional health information construction, combined with RIA and Web-based server-side technology Spring Framework, it focuses on system software architecture, business process and data flow, and provides a dynamic sequence diagrams and class diagrams to design and database design. Finally, it develops and implements the registration of existing asset information, maintenance, query, report management, and so on. It also provides a typical application interface display.Referencing software life cycle theory, this paper detailed analysis the development process of the inventory system, provides interface with HIS system, which provides a basis for further applications to achieve the construction of integrated information platform In the future.
