The Design And Realization Of The Police Integrated Platform Of The Fire Control Subsystem

To further meet the grassroots policemen’s demand of information applications and provide more convenient, more effective information support for the practice of the police, Shanghai Public Security Bureau has edited The12th of the Five-Year Plan of the Shanghai Police’s Technology Service and Informatization, which has proposed to further push the integration pace of the platform of the Shanghai police system from the top designing level.Based on the original Integrated Application Platform of the Shanghai Police Bureau and the separation of the police and the fire control department, this paper intends to realize the all forces fire control, strengthens the information communication system of fire control, and make a contribution to reducing the fire hazards, effectively reducing the occurrences rate and scales of the fire and better protecting people’s lives and property security.Based on the relevant research results and system developing and designing cases of the related fire control subsystem, there are some problems about the police integrated platform of fire control system:(1) The newly developed system must be consistent with the original Integrated Application Platform of the Shanghai Police Bureau.(2) There exists large amount of data; besides, the operating system’s efficiency is low.(3) The databases of Integrated Application Platform of the Shanghai Police Bureau and other related platform are heterogeneous.By using techniques such as XML, JEEE and Oracle Database Optimization Technique, and according to the related researches about the needs of the relevant units, this paper has proposed the rules about the construction of police integrated platform of fire control system and illustrated the demand analysis, system designing outlines, database design, detailed design of the system and the main system interface.
