Computer aided business management is an important manifestation of enterprises management modernization, because it is not just for data storage and retrieval, but also for business supporting. Computer operations management, both standardized business management of enterprises, but also provide data to support the operation of the business decisions. The system described here is a business supporting and management system developed for the daily work managing in an enterprise group’s client management center. With the expansion of the scale and the incensement of the processing business, the traditional manual management methods have been unable to meet the needs of enterprise management, and therefore computers are used for aided management in order to standardize its work processes and improve its work efficiency. In this thesis, the design and implementation of the system have been finished. Through this work, I have a better grasp of the software design and development of technology, and it lays the foundation for further research work. The main work of the thesis is as follows:1. The key theoretical and technical researchSome of the key theoretical and technical researches in the design and development of the system have been done, including.NET technology and Web Server virtual directory..NET is Microsoft’s one technology platform and its core is.NET framework.2System requirements analysisSystem requirements are analyzed from two aspects including the functional requirements and non-functional requirements, and the results of its analysis are described. Functional requirements analysis of the system starts from user roles definition in order to determine the system’s users. Then the responsibilities and behaviors of each role are defined, to determine the corresponding system functions. Non-functional requirements are software systems quality requirements. Non-functional requirements analysis of the system includes the time requirements, security requirements, and data coding and data accuracy requirements.3. System designThe design of the system is described from different aspects, including the overall system design, software architecture design, process design and key critical business class designs. The overall design of the system describes the overall vision and positioning of the system. The software architecture design is based on the overall structure of the system and user requirements. As a whole, the system is C/S architecture, because the client interfaces of the system are more complex and require a faster reaction speed. From the point of view of software design, design and development work is mainly focused on the client side. For client-side software development, a layered architecture is adopted, and the software is divided into five levels:tool layer, entity layer, DAO layer, business layer and user interface layer. Some of the key business processes of functions in the system reflect the main business logic of the system, and these processes are designed by flow charts.Class design reflects the static structure of the system, including the structure of the data and the structure of the methods. Class design covers namespaces division, the entity classes design, DAO classes design, business process classes design and user interface classes design.4. System implementationFrom the choice of implementation tools, achievement of the user interface, the approval process of leader reservation, the setting of the virtual directory for uploading files, the display of program interface, the key implementations of the system are described.
