With the improvement of the development of science and technology, social progress and the medical cause of human health has been very greatly improved, greatly extending the average life of the entire human race, this indicates a significant change in the next few years that skin diseases associated with aging will be more and more. Physiologically speaking, humans grow older, who underwent a series of changes in various systems with characteristic, showing the ability to adapt to environmental changes gradually decreased, the ability to adapt to environmental change is the aging of the gradual decline one of the significant features. Skin is one of the most important organs of the body.As the measurement of skin aging and the research on skin aging, textured surface measurement is not only one of the important tools in research and evaluation methods Drug, also the Cosmetic Skin must rely on objective measurement of skin surface texture.In Oecology, Architecture and Interior Design, selection and evaluation for timber has a very large practical significance,It’s a big difference on the function between different types of wood,which made different roles in the construction of furniture. Different wood has different surface textures, so the natural texture has become an important indicator of a strong identification of timber species.Thus, the Three-Dimensional Profile Measurement on natural textures has been put on the agenda.Through the combination of a relatively rigid structure of the skin copies, hard elastic surface properties of wood and structural properties of human skin flexible,we build a phase measurement profilometry to measurement the physical properties of the skin surface (focus on natural texture features) system, collecte the3-D point cloud data of the the skin surface on a living body and use reverse engineering software to process it.In the three-dimensional profile measurement system based on the existing industrial materials for rigid and design, in order to improve skin texture measurement performance and increased measurement accuracy, we using a new system with more optimized data acquisition speed, meantime we change the environment to make natural light to the outside world disturbance dropped lower, better solve the problem on optimizing the operation of the laboratory environment and other constraints. By using more sophisticated equipment and more compatibility combinations, so that the system can withstand the test object as living organisms contour information collection, not only applies to the previous stationary object by measuring the texture of the plant section to verify its greater accuracy, through the in vivo measurement of skin texture staff verified its rather negative replica of the outline for measuring skin texture viability.
