Enamelling machine is the main production equipment of enameled wire. Current monitoring system only monitors temperatures and speeds of single enamlling machine. There are no network, no centralized monitoring on all enameling machine workshop and factory district, and no remote online measurement of weight, power consumption and alarm function. Enamlling machine oven is the kernel part in this monitor system. There is a unicom internal space in it.The internal temperature above400℃. Temperatures of entrance, center and output ports up to200℃difference between each other. It’s a big temperature difference. There are six temperatures and seven speeds needed monitorning. Controlling is very difficult. Therefore, intelligent control and multi-variables decoup control algorithm are needed to run in terminal controller. There are strong noise, high temperature, strong electromagnetic, volatile toxic paint and other harsh environments exist in workshop. Achieve workshop equipment networks and remote real-time monitoring has important meaning in production automation, centerlized, remote intime management and protects worker’s health.The center software can monitor many enamlling machines in this factory. Such as temperatures, speeds, weight, power, line state, alarm information, remote set, history data check function and so on.The remote monitoring system includes:a hierarchical network design of hardware devices, group network communication protocol design, real-time information collection module programming, and HMI programming and remote server real-time monitoring software design.Hierarchical networking described a three-tier network architecture networking. Among them, RS485bus networks a single enamelling machine. Modbus communication protocol was used in communication. CAN bus network a signal workshop machines. CAN bus communication protocol was used in communication. Ethernet was used to network all machines in this factory. TCP/IP protocol was used for communication. Dynamic C cooperative multitasking programming function was used for real-time information for a signal machine.This module realizes real-time collection and transmission information. Human machine interface uses MCGS configuration software development. This module realizes a friendly local parameter display, set up, local operations, production data maintenance functions for signal machine and remote communication function. C/S structure was used in this monitorning center service software architecture design. MFC development framework develops the software framework under the Windows platform. Multi-window feature used to fit different settings function windows. Worker multithreading and multi-threaded user interface designed to meet real-time requirements. ActiveX controls provide real-time visualization parameters are displayed. The open source MySQL database provides data store and query function. Multi-timer software technology realized different periodic task. Through modular design approach to achieve real-time remote monitoring center refresh production parameters, production information storage, remote real-time control, alann information and data management functions.The system realizes the remote real-time parameters display, remote setup, data storage, data query and print functions for whole machines in this factory.System improves the information management level of enterprises and reduces injury of the harsh environment to workers.Testing showed that the data refresh cycle is under600ms conditions, the system works real-time, stable and meets the needs of enterprise’s remote real-time monitoring.
