College Student Management Information System Design

Researchand development of such a school management requirements targeted software is very useful.This article is based on the real situation of the school as a basis for management unitsrequire students to be sure to be fast, comprehensive, correct grasp of every student into theschool to graduation all the information in the school process, do different for each studentaspects of information collection, management and feedback to each student’s basicinformation summary statistics, and report to superiors in a timely manner, can provide avariety of data to be used in the process of student management, students work managementdecisions a great help. In addition, students need only a simple operation of the studentmanagement information system, which is not only conducive to improving the quality of thestudent managers, as well as beneficial to the school’s student management level and workefficiency. Popularization of network technology and expand the shared information platform,and only need to take appropriate security measures will be able to operate freely in their ownprivileges information.Developed in this article is set to meet the special requirements of the studentinformation management system, and detailed analysis on the special requirements of theschool student information and content in accordance with the project development process to create a database model and planning analysis of the data flow of the system as a whole,according to the analysis results to prepare for the follow-up research and development of thestudent management information system software.
