With the deep-going of FuDian Bank’s information construction, the constantly expanding of information system’s scale and the increasing complexity, information system is becoming increasingly important for developing enterprises’business. In addition, the key attached more importance to by enterprises turns into ensuring the security, stability and non-stop running of the system. In order to well monitor and operate the information system, swiftly position and handle faults, banks usually introduces, purchases or independently develops various IT monitor control systems and IT support systems. These systems real-timely supervise and give an alarm to the enterprise’s internal network, sever, database, intermediate device, security and power room environment. Although they are able to offer support, it’s relatively weak to support enterprise’s IT comprehensive management, because they are isolated from each other and lack an agreed core index, which fails to provide information for IT decision-making. To solve it, this system introduces the idea of intensive management to integrate date in the existing monitor system. Coordinated with the new purchased HD LED screens, the core index can be shown in a visually multiple-angle way.This paper firstly introduces the research background of FuDian Bank’s LED operation monitor information display system. Secondly, the significance and importance of the program, the developing methods and the related technology are discussed as well. In the Requirement Analysis chapters, we use Rational Rose to present business mileage activity diagram in UML modeling language, definite the system’s functions. In System Design chapter, we design the system on the whole. The function models include alarm information management, network topology monitor information management and business monitor information management. We also provide function structure by package diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram and core processing flowchart. We design the database in details with entity attribute graph, E-R diagram and database table structure. The big screen prototype interface is also art designed. At the end of the paper, the author concludes the content, points out its disadvantages and looks forward to the future research jobs.
