In the industrial automation system, industrial process control, processmonitoring and electromechanical integrated control, are all single microcontroller asthe core or multi machine network system. With the rapid development of thehardware, software development language with the development of single-chipmicrocomputer has changed, single-chip microcomputer control system has realizedthe intelligent control, it improves the efficiency of system development and improvethe quality of the products. Due to the single-chip microcomputer in volume, powerconsumption, price and performance, it has been widely used. Data measurement andcontrol is one of the main direction of computer application, data acquisition,processing and control are the fields required core problem. While the temperaturevalue in many control systems is an important index. Temperature index of somecontrol situations sometimes requires accurate value multi-point real-timemeasurement. According to the investigation, most temperature measurement systemsare single point temperature measurement systems on the market at present. Due tothe low sampling digit and long programming algorithm, temperature measurementprecision is not accuracy.System development waste of time, the system, and theinterference problem is difficult to solve. The temperature sensor is a digital andintelligent direction, can make the temperature measurement system can be betterapplied to the control field.The paper elaborates the design of the multi-point temperature measurementsystem basing on modules from two aspects of hardware and software. It introducesthe related parameters of the main parts of the temperature sensor DS1820, themicroprocessor W78E516B and designs their peripheral circuits.This paper is based on the development and the design technology ofmicrocontroller’s embedded system, according to the practical application of temperature monitoring with selection principle of the RTOS, this system uses a muC/OS-II embedded real-time operating system.; the microcontroller selects8bitmicro controller W78E516B. Temperature measuring device uses DS1820temperature sensor. Using the RS-232c bus for data communications. Make thedesign of the system is low power consumption, small size, long transmission distance,high reliability and system ISP function, combine the advantages of stronganti-interference.
