With the development of computers and networks, information managementsystems have been used throughout every corner of daily work, whetherhospitals, railway stations or government offices are beginning to useelectronic office which greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy ofdaily work.But for the specificity of financial management, traditionalmanagement methods are still used in various departments and units. Theuser have to fill out application form and then submit to leadership forapproval.This old-fashioned processes have been proved to be inefficient,meanwhile the apply and uses of funds are preserved in the form of paperdocumentation, it is not conducive to billing inquiries and statistics.With the development of computer, software development is no longer somysterious, major college graduates can take a lot of work in this areaevery year, which makes information systems development costs have a greatfall. On the other hand safety computer software has been proven to solveprogram, in which case the organs and units to develop a specific financialaudit software has become feasible, which can greatly reduce the intensityof the senior leadership and financial sectors and improve work efficiencyto a large extent.This paper designed and implemented a system based on the auditingagencies working nature and Java technology. You can apply for funds, checkthe auditing and inquire the billing, which realize the paperless officein financial audit. The main work is as follows.System development mainly uses the Java language coding, combined withthe Swing technology, the JDBC technology and JFreeChart technology to code.The system developed after detailed testing and analysis, and the resultsshow that: research and development of the system to achieve the expectations of the users, compliance with the relevant regulatoryrequirements.1. Analyze the current status of education platform and the similarsystems at home and abroad to summarize the situation. Find out thestrengths and weaknesses, and then suggest improvements or innovativeapproach.2. Complete the system feasibility analysis and demand analysis andmake the results of demand analysis meet the use’s expectations. Completethe overall design of the system based on the needs analysis. It containssystem physical architecture selection and division of system large modulesbased on software engineering method.3. Study the interaction of each module carefully and complete therestructure of module functions to make the system more in line with thedesign idea of high cohesion and low coupling. Achieve the detailed designand code writing of each small module. Detailed design includes analgorithms description and the relationship between modules usingflowchart tools. Finally, interface designs are finished by using JavaSwing based on this.4. Learning the use of Netbeans GUI Builder integrated developmentenvironment, understand the concept of the lower container, the middlelayer of the vessel and the atomic components. Build the user interfaceby the visual build tools. You can simply drag and drop components tocomplete the implementation of the interface and then add the listener intothe components to complete logic control.5. Learn the operation methods of database through JDBC, masterdatabase concurrency control and rollback by code and master the backupand recovery methods of SqlServer2005.
