Characteristics, Mechanization And The Machine-processed Of The Management System Of Self-organization Evolution

In this paper, I study the main ideas of "Dissipative Structure" Theory, Synergetics, Super-circulation Theory, Catastrophe Theory and Chaos Theory. Then, I expound the generation and development of self-organization theory, the main content and and its cross theories, including a review of the research status of the application of self-organization theory of domestic and foreign scholars and the mechanization and the machine-processed of self-organization system.On this basis, I analyze the definition and characteristics of system of self-organization, and further analysis of the meaning and connection of mechanization and the machine-processed in my paper.Firstly, I analyze the characteristics of self-organization management system management, in addition to the characteristics of dissipative structure of self-organization management system, emergent property and complexity and pointing out that the management system is an open system with the non-equilibrium, non-linear and fluctuation in the internal, also analysis of the emergence of management system, the subjective, dynamic and hierarchical characteristics of emergence, the status of emerging in the organization-management system. And analysis of information system, strategy subsystem, decision-making subsystem, implementation and feedback subsystem, evaluation subsystem of management system.Secondly, on the basis of the research of characteristics, the evolution mechanisms of self organization management system are expounded from the exterior and interior of the system,in addition to dissipative structure mechanism of the internal system, competition and cooperation mechanism, the order parameter control mechanism, also the essence of management system’s open, the analysis of uncertainty of the external environment that management system faces, the complicated environmental adaptability of system and further analysis of the essence of entropy flow, entropy flow model of self-organization management system and the Entropy minimization of orderly evolution’s essence.Lastly, according to the relation between "mechanism" and "machine-processed", I analyze the external and internal machine-processed of management system, in addition to analysis of types of competition-cooperation machine-processed, content of evaluation machine-processed and feedback-control machine-processed, the information’s importance to evaluation, also analysis of establishing principles of the machine-processed of order parameter’s discovering. Ulteriorly I give the conceptual model figure of external machine-processed of self-organization manageme-nt system and discuss the component of external machine-processed of self-organization manag-ement system from three aspects of government, society, natural resources.In conclusion, I put forward and analyze these new points:" the emergence of management system, the subjective, dynamic and hierarchical characteristics of emergence,the concept of emergence of system self-organization","entropy flow model of self-organization management system and the Entropy minimization of orderly evolution’s essence "and " the conceptual model figure of external machine-processed of self-organization management system and discuss the component of external machine-processed of self-organization management system from three aspects of government, society, natural resources".On the one hand, I am in order to deepen our understanding of the self-organization management system,on the other hand, I want to provide the theoretical support for the organization development of management system.By that means, we make the management system to be order more efficiently...
