As a new form of organization, multimodal logistics has gradually become the mainstream mode of transport in international trade, the data show that China ’s container port throughput rapid development over the past decade, increased from sixty-one million TEU in2003to one hundred and thirty million TEU in2011, which is not only an opportunity, but also a challenge for China’s logistics industry especially for import and export industry, the logistics industry has put forward higher requirements.Aware of this situation, China’s logistics intermodal shipping companies have proposed the concept of informatization, and actively create their own multimodal information systems. This article is also under this background, combining with cloud computing technology, put forward cloud-based intermodal proposed management system.Cloud computing concept was first proposed in2007and has developed rapidly in the next few years. Cloud computing has the computing resource integration platform modular computing power to improve equipment design reflects the highly scalable, virtual resource pool to provide users with flexibility services, pay-as reduce the cost and so on. is consistent with the needs of intermodal information systems.This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of cloud computing and SaaS, followed by a detailed analysis of the multimodal transport operations, including the organization, including the departments of business, business processes, then this article begins to design the intermodal systems for multi-tenant cloud-based computing the module. Configurability is the focus of discussion in this paper, this intermodal management system must be able to implement different companies in different positions. Based on.NET platform, through the application of metadata to achieve a system data, functions, interface configurable through platform provides user authentication and identity management to achieve the security of the system, and ultimately the research.
