The overpressure test of shock wave is one of the most important methods for evaluating the damage efficiency of weapon system, Among this method, the Signal acquisition and late processing which is impacted the assessment results is the key step. In this paper, we applies a test project of the defense technology research which is underwater as the background, and it is based on the analysis of the filtering algorithm and feature extraction. According to the experimental date, the curve is designed and simulation which is obtained of the shock wave pressure, and designed a set of the shock wave data processing software, which based on mixed programming to the shockwave signal in the pressure.First, the paper introduce the basic principle of the form of supercavitation, the background of underwater signal processing technology, and analysis the basic characteristics and its application field and research status of the signal of shock wave pressure. Through analysis the features of shockwave of the physical phenomenon, the time-frequency domain features, the characteristic parameter of the peak, the time of the wave arrival. A variety of common interference factors of the test signal are obtained, then the paper use several methods of data processing to process the filter, such as notch filter, adaptive noise offset method and the independent quantity analysis. Second, use least square method, the paper made the peak value of the effective signal of wave motion trajectory and arrival time for feature extraction. At the same time use wavelet transform to extract the characteristics of energy information distribution, this kind of data processing method is very practical in processing the underwater shock wave signal. Last, by using hybrid programming method realized that directly display the results of the processing data in the software system and comparative analysis, which show the intuitiveness of underwater shock wave processing system.In the process of research design, to test the feasibility of the method which using the independent quantity to analysis signal and eliminate the interference. Through the results of simulation can be concluded that the method is effective, and using the method of the feature extraction to accurately extract the parameter characteristics of shock wave signal. Collect the date analysis as the basis of the designed software, finally using mixed programming method that based on the VC of DLL and MATLAB to realized the whole shock wave signal analysis and processing software design. This processing software show an intuitive态simple data processing results, this paper automatically compares and analysis the processing result and can simulate different types of date. These are all good for shock test platform to provide a favorable technical support.
