Abstract/Summary:
Polymerase Chain Reaction, which is called PCR for short, is a kind of technology for specific DNA molecule amplification in vitro, thus the gene can be used to research and analyze by researchers. The machine is called PCR instrument that making the specific DNA segment amplified. As the development of biology technology, PCR instrument has been widely used in archeology, disease diagnosis and other fields. According to the technical indicators and the PCR instrument deficiency in our country, this paper puts forward a kind of temperature control system, it is more quick, stable and accurate.This paper includes two aspects. In hardware design, STM32is the control chip, The temperature sensor puts into liquids for temperature, the temperature signal is changed into voltage through the temperature detection circuit, then the signal will be sent into control chip, and output PWM to control the semiconductor refrigeration by the drive circuit.The software is designed and debugged according to the hardware design, and the control algorithm was improved, in this paper it uses fuzzy-PID and Annealing genetic algorithm(FASAGA), the simulink is implemented by written programs, the result shows that hybrid algorithm is more superior than fuzzy-PID, it makes the system improved in control rapid and accuracy. According to the design requirements of PCR instrument, Through the software and hardware design alignment, the temperature control system on the temperature control precision and speed all meet the requirements, the overall performance is better.
