With the rapid development of computer and network technology,information technologyhas permeated all sectors of society Mankind has entered the21st century,the rapiddevelopment of the information society and information society continued to develop indepth,IT education in universities has entered a new period of development.Update SettingsIT teaching content,innovative teaching methods,training mode and teaching studentspractical ability evaluation system must be with the development of information societytechnologies and continuously updated in order to meet the needs of the times and society.In college,"IT" course is a traditional form of teaching evaluation system,"written+onmachine",this form of teaching evaluation single focus only on students’ mastery ofknowledge evaluation,while ignoring the students’ learning process,learning ability anddevelopmental evaluation of learning attitude.Traditional teaching evaluation system torespond to students only through rote assessment,teachers can only be determined by thestudent ’s learning icy scores and grades,students’ learning process and creativity can not bereflected. According to the report eighteen spirit,requiring higher education to cultivateknowledge and ability,will innovation,unity and collaboration capabilities with goodapplication of skilled personnel,to achieve this difficult task,in addition to updating universityteachers philosophy of education, improve teaching quality in addition, developed a new "IT"course teaching evaluation methods and implement vital programs.This paper studies for the university,"IT" course teaching evaluation system,the work isas follows:By analyzing the current status of research background "IT" course teaching evaluationsystem,the meaning and value and related fields at home and abroad,defines the concept ofthe development of teaching evaluation system,explains the research university teachingevaluation system,"IT" is used the methods and ideas.From elementary distributed,fromconcrete to abstract,from simple to complex understanding of the law and relevant curriculumevaluation described theoretically build a theoretical basis for the development of teaching evaluation system,summed up the university "information technology" used in the course theteaching evaluation system principles, goals,methods and specific embodiments.For evaluation of the university teaching status "information technology" coursescurrently in pursuance of a lot of literature,by contrast with the traditional "IT" courseteaching evaluation system, presented in "Information Technology" Teaching DevelopmentalTeaching Evaluation systems.To "Hebei Institute of Communication" and "IT" course asimplementation case, combined with the learning situation Hebei Institute of Communicationand two pilot classes in the school specific practices,discussed in detail the development ofthe evaluation system of teaching in colleges and universities,"IT" curriculum specificimplementation process.Through quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis afterimplementation,indicating that the university "IT" course teaching evaluation system forapplication development has obvious advantages.By Application Development study foundthat students in classroom teaching evaluation firmer grasp for knowledge,a more thoroughunderstanding of,and enthusiasm for learning evaluation system was significantly higher thantraditional classes,students develop teaching evaluation allowed to react more confidentthrough questionnaires,more willing to express their opinions in a collaborativeenvironment,the students’ initiative has been the greatest degree of mobilization of all,it is theapplication of the traditional classroom student evaluation system does not have.Finally, a summary of the work done and proposed future research directionsUniversities "IT" course teaching evaluation system.Findings of the study and practice of university specific "information technology"Teaching the results of the evaluation system,for which the "IT" teaching evaluation coursesand other courses related to the effective implementation provides a useful reference.
